By using NaturClinica you accept these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. We may revise them; you'll re-accept the current version at next sign-in.
2. Scope
NaturClinica is a documentation and practice-management platform for apitherapy practitioners and their clients. We do not provide medical advice, prescribe treatments, or diagnose conditions; the practitioner remains the responsible party for all clinical action.
3. Subscription
Solo tier costs €19 per month per practitioner, billed via Stripe. EU VAT MOSS handled by Stripe Tax.
4. Trial & cancellation
New accounts start a 14-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial at no charge. After the trial, monthly subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
5. Joint controllers (GDPR Article 26)
Where you and NaturClinica act as joint controllers of personal data, the linked DPA template at /legal/dpa describes our respective responsibilities.
6. Termination
You may close your practice at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Disputes go to the courts of Vilnius unless EU consumer-protection law gives you a stronger forum.
